In line with the efforts of the Saudi Arabian government in organizing methods of sponsorship for expatriates working in the country with an objective of strengthening the international relations, meeting the needs of the local market, and controlling illegal workers who affect the security of this nation, in addition to ensuring the rights of all expats; the Ministry of Commerce approved in March 2013 the establishment of Mharah as a Human Resource Company to provide its services. Mharah is considered to be among the few companies that aim to attract and sponsor human cadre through utilizing the 120,000 work visas granted by the Ministry of Labor to sponsor workers of various professions from different countries.
